SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS:

The shipment is carried out in Italy and abroad. The goods travel by express courier. Normally the times are between 3 and 10 working days. In any case, we do our best to ensure that orders are processed as quickly as possible and in any case within a maximum of 30 days.
 Shipping costs are € 6.00 for whole Italy, € 20.00 for the whole European territory and € 30.00 for the rest of the world.

PAYMENTS

PAYMENT WITH PAYPAL AND CREDIT CARD
By choosing the PayPal service as a payment method, you will be redirected to a page of the PayPal site where you will enter your e-mail address, your password and make the payment. You can make payments either by already having a PayPal account or by creating a new one.
Also in this case your financial data will not be shared with S.S.D. Reyer Venezia Mestre Spa, but will be managed directly by PayPal.
In case of cancellation of the order or non-acceptance by Attiva Spa, the amount will be refunded via PayPal.

PAYMENT BY BANK TRANSFER:

By choosing this method, you will have to make a bank transfer for the amount that will appear as TOTAL (VAT INCLUDED), on the IBAN account:IT94 F0306902118100000011696 made out to S.S.D. Reyer Venezia Mestre Spa indicating the order number, date, name and surname as the reason. Payment must be made within 7 days of the order date: otherwise the order will be canceled. Once you have received confirmation of the credit from the bank, you will be sent an email confirming the acceptance of the order. The availability of the products is subject to the date of accreditation.

SECURE PAYMENTS

When paying by credit card, the SSL secure payment system is used:
upon confirmation of your order, your credit card details will be transferred via secure connection in SSL encryption (SecureSocketLayer) to PayPal for authorization and debit.
Therefore in no case S.S.D. Reyer Venezia Mestre spa will receive your credit card number; to S.S.D. Reyer Venezia Mestre spa will only receive the authorization provided by the card manager. This procedure is absolutely safe and fully guarantees both the buyer and the seller.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS (Right of withdrawal)

You can return any item within 14 days of the delivery date, provided the product is intact and has the original tag or seal.
How to make a return in one click:
1. Access your Account and open the order.
2. Choose the item you want to return.
3. Click on the return button on the individual product tab.
Please note: The only costs you will pay will be for shipping the product to our warehouse.
The return will be accepted within 3 working days from the date of delivery of the package to our warehouse. After acceptance and verification of the integrity and status of the returned product (which must be provided with the tag and any seal) we will request our bank to provide a refund and send the relevant confirmation email. If the payment was made by credit card, our Reference Bank will make the refund within 7 working days after we have received the return. The time it takes to view the refund depends on the institution that issued the card. Payment made via PayPal normally makes the refund visible within 24 hours of receiving the return.
