Refund Policy

You can return any product within 10 working days from the delivery date, obviously provided that the product is intact and with its tag/seal.
So you have to send one mail to the address help@reyerstore.it within 10 working days from the date of delivery of the goods indicating the wording"RETURN"on the subject of the email . This communication must include your ID NUMBER present in the order confirmation email. The product to be returned must be sent to the following address: SSD Reyer Venezia Mestre - via Vendramin, 10 - 30174 - Mestre - VENICE- Italy. The only expenses at your expense will be those for shipping the product to our warehouse.
