Returns and Refunds You can return any item within 14 days of the delivery date, provided the product is intact and has the original tag or seal.
How to make a return in one click:

1. Access your Personal Area and open the order.
2. Locate the item you want to return.
3. Click on the return button on the individual product tab.

Please note: The only costs you will pay will be for shipping the product to our warehouse.
